Easter Cards 2016

Here are some of the cards I made for this Easter.

This one uses the Groovi base plate for the words and another one for the butterfly. The back of the parchment was coloured with Spectrum Aqua pens and cut with a Tattered Lace Essentials Pearl die.

This one also uses the Groovi system, but this one is coloured using Stampin' Up! markers and cut with a Tattered Lace Essentials Decorative Circle die.

This one is the same as the previous one without the colour.

This one uses the Stampin' Up! Starburst framelit to cut Awesomely Artistic DSP. The cross is cut using a Spellbinder die. The sentiment is a retired Stampin' Up! stamp heat embossed in the retired Stampin' Up! Pewter powder on a plaque cut with a Tattered Lace Essentials Pearl die.

This is my first DL size card. It uses the same Spellbinder's cross die and a Tattered Lace Pansy die. The sentiment is from the Stampin' Up! Suite Sayings stamp set.

Bookmarks

I recently purchased the GROOVI system from Clarity Stamps. It provides an introduction to parchment crafting. Following the directions on Barbara Grey's blog I made bookmarks for the family.

 

The boxes and letters are from the base plate. The edging is from a border plate and the other designs are from other plates. Spectrum Aqua pens were used to colour the designs.

Here they are mounted into bookmark sleeves.
