This is the card I made for Colin.
I used My Digital Studio to create the background, text, large red heart and sentiment. The champagne bottle and large 40 were cut from Stampin' Up! red Glimmer Paper using Tattered Lace dies. The small hearts were punched using the retired small heart punch and attached using dimensionals.
